Meet your team…
Meet Brad Jones, Owner & Lead HVAC Consultant
Brad has been doing HVAC since he was 20 years old… we don’t want to give away his age— but that puts about 20 years experience in his tool kit. Brad worked for one of the largest local mechanical companies primarily doing residential work before going to a large multinational company doing commercial and industrial HVAC work. With these experiences under his belt, Brad wanted to move to a smaller/more local company to use his expertise & build local relationships— from there Grand River HVAC was born!
Brad has a 6 year old daughter & 1 year old son with his wife Michelle & they have lived in Waterloo Region their whole lives. They love this area, and love local. Brad has played professional squash, grew up playing lots of sports but loves golf the most now.
Brad loves to meet new people— he’s a real talker and genuinely loves getting to know people, who they are, and what makes them tick! Just watch out— hiring Brad may mean a new friend!
Meet Jason Watson, HVAC Specialist
Jason has worked at one of the largest HVAC companies in the area as a top service tech before moving on to specialize in geothermal.
Jason then became head technical support at a large multinational boiler manufacturer. To say his experience is impressive, well, is an understatement.
Jason has a son and daughter who are both in college, loves boating and the outdoors & Northern Ontario is his favorite place on earth.
Meet Will Jamieson, HVAC Specialist
Will started an apprenticeship at 37 years old, some may say a late HVAC bloomer, but bloomed he has. Will has a 1 year old son & is a 5th generation St.Jacobs-ite. Will worked for a local Canadian company with franchises all across Canada where he traveled to help set up the franchise sites and managed a team under him doing this. With the birth of his son, Will was ready for a career change that kept him close to home, and he’s been killing the HVAC industry (in the best way) ever since!
Will loves to play hockey and golf, loves to travel across Canada & meet new people & see new places.
Will is the co-founder of Raymond Dietrich Memorial BBQ which is an annual charity event that raises money for special needs in Woolwich— a cause he is so passionate about.
